The following general terms and condition will appear for the booking and Reservation through our Travel Company and also the amendments and alterations are shown in the Terms and Conditions sections of accru holidays websites, and should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions shown below.

Travel arrangements and prices details are monitoring and offering by Accru Holidays Sales Team for your holiday packages, so all the given information are highly secured by the company. Your travel Booking can be made by direct visits to our office or by online visits to www.accruholidays.com or through over sea partner travel agent and sales representative.

The booking form (if any) these conditions, the broachers (if any) which the booking forms form a part, information on our websites and acceptance of our company from sole basis of the contract between you and US

The booking condition applies equally to all the parties named in the booking. When make the booking you guaranteed that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of you and your party the terms of these booking Condition.

It’s Important to check the Travel Itinerary and make sure that all the documents and details are exactly as you are requested and you agreed with. If any alteration should immediately communicate to relevant sales representatives or sales team or partner agent you are booking with. It may not be possible to make the changes later.


Before you making the booking we will give you the up-to-date price of your holiday including taxes and all service charges Once the Parties agreed with the price at the time of the reservation its cannot amended later for last-minute deals or any offers given to the online or agents after the confirmation. As it’s a rule strictly follow by the every hotels and resorts.

Once the Packages and Hotel reservations or other services are confirmed with the price at the time of booking, later it cannot cancelled or amended for new offers incase if hotel Implemented.

Suppose suddenly the government imposed any taxes to tourism industry its will affect the final price even after confirmation. Imposing taxes will be publicly announced by Sri Lankan government in Medias.


All the reservation of the hotels, packages and other services obtained from our service providers are confirm by the team of Accru Holidays under the guest name, Make sure to provide the exact name with Initial to avid inconvenience. In order to confirm the bookings and reservation customer requested to send the traveller Air ticket and Passport Copy of the travellers along with Deposits payment remittance or Pay via Online.


In order to confirm your chosen arrangement following payment policies should apply, Total Payment of the service should be paid to Accru Holidays prior arrival in certain Circumstances full payment requiring at the time of reservations confirmations. Special payment condition will be applied during the Peak period and Events; it will be Advice at the time of booking the reservation.

Payment could be made by Cash, Bank or by Electronically Card Master / Visa. Client can choose the payment option due to that the surcharges are not applicable in the final price – Eg: Bank Charges $35 or Additional Charge 4% if paying amount by Visa / Master Card.

Once the Payment is not verified on or before due dates, considered that reservations will be close with preference of client and Our Cancellation conditions will apply.

Sometime Currency conversion vary from each payment periods according to current currency rates fluctuated and offered according to Central bank of Sri Lanka


After the Confirmation come to existence if you wish to change or cancel the travel arrangement must be made in written form, all amendment are subject to availability. In case if the certain arrangement cannot be amended after the confirmation 100% of that part of that arrangement will charge.


Refund could arrange after acceptance of Cancellation in written form and the payment could make for refund after two weeks of processing the cancellation. Once to make the refund for Booking cancellation terms will apply, bank chargers or commission amounts will not be refunded. Refund could make to client from the total amount verified to our account and while transfer its apply service chargers as well.


01 – 14 DAYS Full payment No Show
15 – 21 DAYS 75% of reservation 50% of Reservation
21 – 30 DAYS 50% of reservation 25% of Reservation
30 – 365 DAYS 10% of reservation Full Payment Refund


All the Payment Should charge from the Invoice Amount
